Object Description
Painted image of figure in long gown holding a monstrance. Wood panel is one piece. The shape is that of a 30 cm high x 22.5 cm wide rectangle topped by an elongated half circle 9 cm high by 13 cm wide. Image is that of a man or woman dressed in a long green or blue gown with a shawl, white spotted green or blue and red. The figure holds a monstrance and gazes to his/her right toward monstrance or possibly the viewer. Eyes are downcast. A pulled back curtain appears at right (white with red trim). Two two-step objects of green flank figure which appears to stand upon a stage. In bottom left and right corner, quarter-circles with black rays protrude. Figure's hair is very short and black, features black, lips red. Top half-circle contains stylized half flower. Piece of old tie still protrudes through hole on front of work.
