Object Description
Abstracted landscape with an inn at the center; executed with broad brush strokes and washes of green-ochre, ochre, blue, and grey. Journal entries during this period, 1971: "The only Truths you know are what you remember of experiences lived through. .....I only ask to rediscover a real drive for painting. What is so maddening is that with so much I cannot enjoy life more and my years are slipping away unlived and unloved. Alcohol occupies most evenings as usual."
