Object Description

"This piece expresses the idea of San Antonio as the embodiment of polarity, a battleground in an ongoing confrontation between, among other things, different deas of space, power and time." --Van Jones. Part 3-A of Sky Temple Suite consisting of six triptychs representing the six lights of day (morning, noon, afternoon, dusk, night, dawn). Scene depicts column at left, many red and white antennas and cable wires. Drawing on Arches 140 lb. cold press watercolor paper. Afternoon 3-A, triptych to be hung with 1991.035 and 1991.036.
