Object Description

"In a world made mysterious by darkness, two objests keep vigil: a dish antenna aimed at the stars, and an all-night gas station and convenience store." --Van Jones. Part 5-A of Sky Temple Suite consisting of six triptychs representing the six lights of day (morning, noon, afternoon, dusk, night, dawn). Scene depicts column at left, landscape, tall trees, mountains, lake wtih lights reflecting on water, and round piece of architectural structure. Drawing on Arches 140 lb. cold press watercolor paper. Night, 5-A, triptych to be hung with 1991.041 and 1991.042.
