Daniel Sellers

Daniel Sellers obtained his MFA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. He teaches metal sculpture at the Creative Arts Center of Dallas.
Sellers leads CAC's Camp MetalHead welding program. The camp began in 2007 by recruiting students from East Dallas. While it has no set rules on serving low- or moderate-income students, it attempts these days to recruit from groups and organizations that serve at-risk and less-advantaged youth.
Sellers has been involved in the promotion of public art in multiple municipalities and educational institutions. He is represented in both public and private collections and has exhibited at the Little Rock Museum of Art in Arkansas.
